Cubs Outings

Sorry for these late updates.

Last Saturday Mom and Dad took me to the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field for a day game. Here I am in pics with Dad, then Mom.

Then, yesterday Mom & Dad headed up to Wrigley North (Milwaukee's Miller Park) to see the Cubs KILL the Brewers.

I would have to say the best part, that other than the game, was that they got to meet the Sausage Race guys.

Here is Mom with Chorizo & Dad with Bratwurst, Italian Sausage and Hot Dog. Awesome.

Pool Boy

Today Mom & Dad took me to the pool.

It was so fun, especially when I stole this ball.

Suckers, this is how we city folk roll in the suburbs.

23....and counting!

Today is a pretty crazy day that will never occur again.

I am 23 months old and my Mom is 23 weeks pregnant!

Ahhh, the irony. Well, one more month until I am 2!

(and many more months until my baby brother is here.)

Waiting for Baby Kat

We have this open room in our new house that is reserved for my little brother.

Gus likes to sunbath in the sun by the window.

Sea Men

On the 4th of July, I hung out with my pal Jackson on his boat.
Here we are just chillin' on the seas.

It is hard to make almost 2 year olds look at cameras at the same time.


I had a great time until the police pulled us over and made me put on a life vest.....

Rib Fest

Happy 4th of July! Yesterday I went to Rib Fest in Naperville. I had tons of fun, but did not participate in the devouring of ribs. My Aunt Ali told me to aviod all the "white trash," but that was near impossible. Here I am in line for some ribs.


And then Dad took me to get some beer.

Then Mom & Dad took me to the petting zoo. I saw goats, lambs, sheep, pot belly pigs, donkeys, ducks and chickens.





And last, but not least-there cannot be a festival without music. Here I am doing my hippy dance to either Ted Nuggent or Big Head Todd & the Monsters. Yeah, I rocked out and got to stay up to 10pm!

Here is a video of me chatting away. I am like a parrot and repeat everything Mom & Dad say, which sometimes isn't the best thing for OscarKat nor anyone to hear. Mom made this video especially for Uncle Chris, I use to say his name no problem...now I add a little twist to it. (twist of the jawbone that is)

Monkey See-Monkey Do

Happy Father's Day Dads out there! Mom & I woke up this morning and made Dad a gourmet breakfast of Pilsbury cinnamon rolls. My Dad was using a knife to butter the rolls with the icing, then licking all the icing off. I thought I should try it out.....my new favorite scary past-time.

Suburban Life

Well, we are all settled in and it has been a busy. This is a paper that comes to my front door every morning, and pretty much sums up the week.

I will actually be 2 years old, 2 months from today....yeah, 22 months old. Geez, those months creep up on you. Here is my new stair shot.

I am off to enjoy my backyard full of GRASS! I am still getting use to that, birds, bunnies, squirrels and the most famous creature out here, the "suburbanite."

Moving on Out

Yesterday I left my windy city of Chicago for the western suburbs. Here I am playing in the moving truck. I promise to update the blog tomorrow when Mom figures out where she packed her camera.....

Since my Mom has packed up all my toys, all I can enjoy these last days before the move is - TV and a Blackberry....I guess I am my Mom's son!

High Times

I like to climb up all the boxes in my house and watch the Cubs game from the highest point.

Not only does the high attitude, but also hoping for a Cubs win is a great rush of adrenaline.

Hanging In There

I had a pretty fun and relaxing weekend.

I went to the park everyday and worked out.

I will miss this park in Chicago when I move to the burbs.....can you see the bumb sleeping under the toy in the left?

Yep, that is 2 boys for the Kat Klan. So, I am gonna have a little brother. He better not think he can take my stuff. Here is a pic of his junk for all you internet predators out there.

Flo-beed

Mom has been very meticulous about my hair. She prides herself on the upkeep of my mohawk. Since she has been out of commission, she has let it go and just wanted to start off from scratch. Well, that is a bit unfortunate for me. Don't worry I am not getting deployed to Iraq anytime soon....

Suburbanite

This week I took a mini dip in the suburban pool.

I spent the first part of the week at Glamma's, then the weekend at my Aunt Ali & Uncle John's house.

Here I am enjoying my cousin Matt's "city-free" baseball game.

Exciting News!

It has been pretty crazy here in the Kat Kasa.

Today I am 21 months old!

Ahhh, I will be 2 years old in 3 months!

I will be a big brother in November.

Ok, I gotta get in some major Oscar time, ASAP.
