Adventures in Babysitting

Today my Uncle Chris & Aunt Amy babysat me while Mom & Dad went to the movies. We had fun and this is what we call the Derks luge.

I am ready for my close up!

My Mom and I saw a movie being filmed in our neighborhood on our walk this morning. She walked up and down past the production crew about 10 times to see if they needed to cast any extras. We went home to clean up and brush our teeth to see if my pearly whites would impress them.

I will let you know if I get the part!

Padres Day

Today is Father's Day and I went to my first Cubs game against the Padres....ah the irony! Here I am with my Dad hanging in the Baby Bjorn, which lastest about 2 minutes.

And here we are singing in the 7th inning stretch.

Sea Dogs

Yesterday I went to visit my friend Jackson. We went boating until it poured rain for ten minutes, but I did get to see my first rainbow. The coolest thing was that I got to drive the boat.

Once we got dried off and back inside, I was going to show Jackson my Oscar sneak attack.

You know what is annoying. Waking up in the morning and having your Mom stuff a video taping session down your throat. I woke up this morning waving to her, but once she runs to get the camera....I kinda protest.

Ahoy Mate!

Yesterday I got to see the first person that I ever meet in my life, "the Captain." He is my Mom's doctor. His real name in Dr. Kleinberg, but my Uncle Chris thought his name was Dr. Clambeard. So we now call him Captain Clambeard, and he likes to go by, "Captain."

Whoa, that was a long explanation, but I love this guy.

kinda ironic that we call him Captain Clambeard and he is an ob/gyn.....gross.

A day in Paris

As I was on my walk this morning and reading my celebrity blogs...I just can't get enough of the Paris Hilton talk.

She is in jail, then out of jail, then maybe going back to jail.

Man, I am so glad I am not a hotel heiress.
